Starting over Fanfics by scratch

I still writing my OC pony fanfiction series but it's very complicated so I'm starting over by scratch and writing short Fanfics before I get into the more fleshed out fanfictions. I've already finished my first short fanfic called Pony Pool Party, it's short and cute but there is no diagram in it just story details about what's going on in the story. I feel like it would take me a while to make a great title and a real fleshed out story but I hope to get there expceially when I made a new Villian to write about, her name is Katrina and she is a kitsune also known as the nine tailed fox in Japanese folklore since My Little Pony has a lot of Mythical creatures of folklore, so I made a character of a Mythacal beast that was not made for in the TV show or comics so I'm really itching to give her a purpose and plot in her story, but I'm still working on it.
